Rules, Regulations and Points
Updated 01.01.08
- Points will be accumulated from all Drags and Boggs. A tie will be
settled by the number of first place runs, if there is still a tie than the
number of races attended will be factored in. If this fails than the total
amount of classes run will determine the winner.
Points will be awarded as follows:
1 point for entry
1 point for a clean pass (no DQ)
5 points for first place
4 points for second place
3 points for third place
2 points for fourth place
1 point for fifth place
One dollar will be taken from every entry and
put into the points fund . A one time fee of twenty dollars per driver
and for each class entered is required to enter the points series. It
will cost non-point members five dollars more per registration. Trophy
Only for Factory, Cash and Trophy for Pro-Street, Cash Only for Super-Stock
and Open Classes. You can enter a class at anytime prior to that class
that you are going to race in starts. This includes scratches. You will not
receive points for any class that you have scratched out of.
Each class will be limited to 30 entries . If a vehicle can only enter a
full class than half numbers will be used. Vehicles may enter twice per
class with a different driver. A vehicle can only place once per class.
Including points.
To help save some time and run a efficient race
some entries will not be teched in if they have been teched at one of our
events before. If a vehicle is running in the wrong class and anyone
questions it you will be DQed if you are in the wrong or cheating. Only
Drivers may file a protest.
Mom's Motor Sports tech officials reserve the right to tech and retech any
vehicle at any time during any event, any refusal will be a automatic DQ.
No refunds for DQs or cheating.
Fighting will have the same results and you will be asked to leave the
property.
All rules are subject to minor change with a majority vote of the
drivers at
any event during the drivers meeting before any race starts.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL IN
THE PITS!!!

Please Remember Safety
First!
The rules have been formed by the
input of racers throughout the seasons. Sorry if they are not exactly what
each individual wanted. We are open for suggestions. Contact us via e-mail
with any suggestions you may have. Your opinion matters, but is is
impossible to make a class for each individuals vehicle. The classes are
formed so everyone is compatible and has the chance to win. This makes it
possible to help form and enforce the rules. On behalf of Mom's
Motorsports we thank-you for your continued support and look forward to
another safe and fun season. Come join the fun, bring your opinions and
input, but leave the petty stuff at home. We make this a fun family event.
See ya at the races!
